We encourage all customers to read the following terms & conditions before continuing with your reservation:
- To secure your reservation, we kindly require card details at the time of booking via ResDiary. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined below:
- If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please ensure this is done at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation or non-shows will incur a charge of £10 per person, applied to the card provided.
- For tables of 8 guests or more, we request a pre order of your party’s meal choice at least 48 hours ahead of your visit. This allows us to prepare and deliver the best possible experience for your group. Our cancellation policy applies to each individual within groups of 8+. If one or more guests do not attend and we are not notified within the 24-hour notice period, a £10 charge will apply for each absent guest.
- We operate a 20-minute grace period. If we are not notified within this time that you are running late, or in the event of non-attendance, your reservation will no longer be honoured and may be released to other guests.’

- Whilst we try our very best to accommodate special requests in booking comments, we do not guarantee specific tables.
- Please make us aware of any allergies or intolerances at your time of booking.
- If Terrace Seating is the only seating option available on our booking system, this indicates that we are fully booked inside at that time. Terrace Seating reservations are weather dependant. In the event of poor weather conditions, we cannot guarantee moving you to a table indoors.
- This is a live booking system. If your desired time or dining is not visible/available, this indicates that we are fully booked.
- Unfortunately, due to an open kitchen we are unable to welcome dogs inside the restaurant, however we welcome all dogs outside on our deck.
- All payment card details are held, and any deposit or cancellation fees will be processed by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd who act on behalf of The Briny.

- As an independent restaurant group, we rely on reservations being honoured to operate sustainably. Unfortunately, repeated no-shows leave tables empty that could have been offered to other guests. For this reason, cancellation charges have become necessary, and we thank you for your understanding.
